•\tExecute the end-to-end analytics lifecycle, including data collection, validation, transformation, and analysis to deliver accurate and actionable insights

•\tPerform data analysis (trend, variance, segmentation, basic driver analysis) to support business insights

•\tSupport forecasting and planning activities through data analysis and reporting

•\tIdentify opportunities to improve data processes and reduce manual work (Power Query, SQL, basic Python, if applicable)

•\tSupport stakeholders by providing insights and data-driven recommendations

\n\n## Yêu cầu công việc\n\n

1. Experience & Background

•\t5 years+ in Data Analytics / BI

•\tExperience in Retail, Education, FMCG, Fintech, or other data-driven businesses is preferred

•\tExperience in data analysis and reporting with business exposure

•\tExposure to forecasting or planning is a plus

•\tBachelor’s degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related fields

2. Technical Skills

•\tStrong proficiency in SQL (complex queries, optimization), Power BI (data modeling & dashboarding), DAX (advanced measures), Excel (advanced modeling).

•\tUnderstanding of data modeling and data transformation

•\tExperience in data analysis and working with structured datasets

•\tPython (data processing/automation) is a plus

3. Domain Knowledge

•\tBasic understanding of business metrics (revenue, cost, volume, etc.)

•\tAbility to support business analysis and performance tracking

4. Soft Skills

•\tTranslate data into clear insights

•\tCommunicate effectively with stakeholders

•\tStructured thinking and ownership of tasks

•\tProactive and comfortable in dynamic environments

•\tGood command of English
